            It has stopped raining, and the is shinning here. Thank God....not too much water to have to deal with, in my basement.

              Travel

              I was doing my usual commute from Salt Lake City to Boston yesterday, connecting through Chicago. The trip turned out better than expected, with only a 1 1/2 hour delay before we got on the plane in SLC. After reading these reports and knowing about a storm in Chicago, I was expecting a terrible night of travel.

              Thank goodness things cleared up. Also glad no one here had serious problems.
