Bush signed the papers to allow the families affected by the VA Tech tragedy of 4-16-07 not to be subject to fed. income tax. Payments were made from the HOKIE memorial fund.

I don't want to make fun of a terrible tragedy but doesn't the "HOKIE memorial fund" sound a little odd.

"H O K I E S" is the sports teams name. It came from a sports cheer a long time ago.
The fund stands at almost 8 million.
I thought I would get more from the title. B43 can DO something right?
