Per Wikepedia: "Hedgehogs feed on insects, snails, frogs and toads, snakes, bird eggs, carrion, mushrooms, grass roots, berries, melons, and watermelons." They say they get along OK with dogs and cats.
So they might not be ideal for some farms. I looked for pet hedgehogs for sale but could only find stuffed ones-(they are easier to care for).Comment
