Bing had contacted us and we told him the post stands so he decided to go over our heads and post this, In other words you acted like a little kid that did not get his way and then tried ratting to the teacher. He received an infraction for posting this, This is not a G rated forum, If you do not want to see it stay out of this froum!

I did actually scan the picture carefully before I posted it. I definitely did not think that this was pornographic or offensive to anyone. Ever watch soaps (not that I do) or prime time TV, you can see a whole lot more than is shown in this picture. It was only posted for the humor, that most of us could see in it.

When I started reading the response to the joke, I thought it was a spoof; then I realized he was serious. Given the history as indicated by T.R.(post #5), one just has to realize that certain people have an opinion that they see as sacrosanct, and any attempt to instruct them otherwise is a waste of time.

It was just a shame that even after being told by administrators it was appropriate for the column, he still took it upon himself to try to instill his own moral standards, however, errant they may be.

Back on June 5 you announced that you were no longer going to click on links in the Post-a-Joke forum because you were offended by what was being posted.

What caused you to change your mind? If you knew the content in the forum could offend you, why did you enter? If you clicked on a link knowing all of that, isn't it your fault that your sensibilities were hurt?

I like jokes as much as the next guy but because of such nasty jokes that I read here I will no longer be " clicking " on post a joke " as per your suggestion. I am sure that I am not the only one that feels that way. Maybe the rules for posting jokes need to be changed. I feel this brings a blight on TS4Ms, an otherwise good site.


I am going to give him a chance to respond but after thing about I am going to restrict his access to keep out of here.

Frank - that is exactly the announcement I was referring to when I posted upthread (post #5) that on June 5 he had announced he was no longer going to enter the forum. I remembered that I had previously seen that message; I checked your page to refresh my mind on the details, then I made my post calling him out.

Bing has apologized for the mayhem and has asked to get back in to see this forum. I am going to let him back in so if you want to edit something let me know asap.
