Reminds me of a story from my youth.

A guy had injured his arm, and the arm was in a cast for so long he had some atrophy. He was rehabbing to build strength, but was tired of how long it was taking. So he asked the doctor if there was anything he could do to rebuild the strength more quickly. The doctor scribbled out a prescription for him to take to the drugstore, and told him to check back with him four weeks if he wasn't feeling better.

The man eagerly went to the drugstore and gave the prescription to the druggist. The druggist looked at the prescription, and said he could take care of it right then and there. The druggist then reached out the counter and gave the guy the current issue of Playboy magazine.

I guess that dates me, because I remember when Playboy was kept behind the counter at drugstores.
