Vertuccio's Chef on Hells Kitchen

My cousins restaurant Vertuccio's in Brooklyn has a new executive chef named Vinny Accardi who I have known since he was a little kid. Beginning Tomorrow night at 8 pm on Fox on Hells Kitchen Vinny will be on for a few weeks. If you saw the Today show today he was on.

There was about 200 people there tonight. We were watching the show and then the storm hit and the satalite went out but came back but then went out again and then came back. Good thing we recorded the show. BTW the Asain girl cook that was on the today show and on Hells Kitchen was also there.

I remember him when he was about 5 years old, We are very close to his parents. He does not look it but he is about 30 now, I never thought he was going to be a chef although his family was in the baking business not sure if you ever had Deluca bakery, There yellow cream in there cakes was the best, Vinnys mom bakes some great deserts but I love it when she makes Pignoila cookies
