    Breakfast is usually OATMEAL with raisins, flax seed powder, walnuts, raw honey, cinnamon, dash of cayenne pepper. Sometimes cut up apple thrown in to heat it up some. Almond milk to thin it down. A couple jumbo sized eggs twice a week. Ezekiel bread for toast occasionally.

    Even have beans and greens for breakfast/lunch when I don't get up til 9.

    Have animal seldom. A piece of steak rather than a steak. 1/2 a chop. Tonight a boneless skinless chicken thigh. Have had half a fillet-of-salmon twice.

    Went out for Mexican twice, and Steak and salad twice in eleven weeks.

    All cooking is with olive or coconut oil. Not butter, no sugar, no glutton. Stay away from white unless it's cauliflower... no bread, pasta, potato, rice, milk, ice cream, ...

    No juice from concentrate. NO Dessert but fruit.

    75 lbs to go.

          So hows it going ? My wife and I started a diet. I lost about 11 pounds but now I seem stuck. I guess I need to hit the treadmill or something.
