Ny and Hot dogs

I am a mile away from Dominicks and Bens which I took a few members to. Hoc for one but never tried there hot dogs only go there for Pastrami http://ny.eater.com/archives/2014/08...land_jumbo.php Wish they had mentioned the Seattle dog

We had a place in Waterbury, CT called the Coney Island lunch. They had hot dogs with their own chili like sauce that were delicious. We have the recipe, but haven't had hot dogs in a couple of years. No matter how hard we tried, we couldn't match the Coney Island original. It's a long time since I've been to a NY deli. Pastrami or corned beef on rye and a knish is what I would opt for.
