If you ordered from China, it takes 3-4 weeks to get to you.

I can't even fly a plain old standard helicopter. Going away by brain works fine, coming back to me, I can't switch right and left as I should. I have crashed more than flown.

I have broken 2 in the last week. But at least they were $20 Cheapos. I was just starting to get it to hover indoors too. I am trying to fix one, but I cannot get it fine tuned yet.

Maybe I will bring a couple of the choppers to the resort next weekend.
That won't irritate the wife at all.

DID I make a boo boo. I got a great deal on a used Heli-Max SI 230. I flew it in the house and felt it was to powerful for inside. So I go outside to play with my new toy. I got it going good for the first time. I wanted to see what this bad boy could do. So next thing I know I am in the clouds. I get it down below the clouds and wanted to take a picture then a video. I took my eyes off for a sec to find where the button is that I needed to press to take the pictures. I looked up and never saw where it went. I then started to look for the return home button. I saw it and pushed it. I did not see it come home so I got nervous and started to play with the remote. I did not know at the time that after hitting the home return that you can not hit any other buttons or it will disengage the return home . My neighbor saw it pass him going and he said it was coming back since it flew back over his house. I did not see it which may have been when I went joy stick crazy, so I ended up losing it. I called the company first thing in the morning to vent and what a shocker. They are sending me a brand new drone, Just the drone with the camera and battery. I still have everything else like the remote, charger and usb plug. She said they make good on fly away's because they are not supposed to get lost. If it goes out of range it comes back in range and hovers. If you hit the home button, It has to come home if it did not then it is defective. I do not klow if it was me or the drone

Been flying one of the choppers inside the cabin at CMV. I haven't broken the mini chopper or property yet. Still scared to fly the big one. Maybe I will go to the golf course to try that one tomorrow if it isn't raining.

I was at the Long Island Wineries yesterday. All I kept saying was I wish I brought a drone. BTW I think for the money and for what it can do, not to mention the ease of using it The Heli-Max 230 SI is great. They had issues with it last year but I believe it has been fixed

I am not going to open my Phantom yet, But I am learning the hard way, lost 1 good drone about $175 and almost lost the same model again, Now I read the institutions and it does come back, I broke another but fixed it, Chopped up my wife's indoor plants a bit. Yep, I am starting to get the hang of it now. In fact, I might be going to a large area soon. I started buying a few of the cheaper models to learn on, I like the Dromida, Fast hovers nicely and does flips. I think for under $80 that is hard to beat, I will say it fly's nice just do not fly it on a windy day. It is too light and the wind will take it. I did not count this one as a loss because I had a search party out and found it 5 houses from me in an hour,

If you need or want one let me know. I started to sell them on ebay and can give you a good deal, I get mostly open boxed that are fully checked or might be missing something that I replace, I have them from $40 to $199 on ebay, new they sell for $80 to $250. I got used to the Dromda because that is my best seller. I get about $65 for that one on ebay and can give you a good deal on it for a TS4ms member.
