I am attending a pot luck that follows a golf outing. will have to prepare and leave for about three or more hours with no time to prepare before the pot luck.
hostess is serving tacos and I a making a rice dish. It will have to sit for several hours; y thought is to prepare and not cook entirely and place in crock pot on low when I leave for golf. Does anyone have a better suggestion? would a low oven be better?
