One of my favorite Restaurants in New Orleans passed on, The owner of K-Pauls Paul Prudomme
I have met him 3 times, and took pictures with him, He even autographed his cookbook for me. In fact I think I have his menu signed as well. I have been on K-Pauls VIP list for years with a guaranteed reservation when ever I want to go even with a line out the door I can just cut the line and walk right in. Funny thing is this is the weekend I go, Every year the same weekend. But this year I never bought my airline tickets so I rented out my unit at the Quarterhouse. The Gumbo will never be the same.

He brought a lot of flavors to the home chef with is seasoning line.
I have never had the experience of eating at his restaurant, wish I had.
