Wife made home made Bagels this morning that was out of this world and super low fat, 3 to 4 of these bagels are equal to one bagel,

I have made the bagels and love them. I top them with Trader Joe’s Everything-but-the-Bagel seasoning. I ordered it on Amazon.

THAT WAS the one my wife used and she got it from trader Joe's. The next ones she is going to make with dries onion bits but I told her to re-hydrate them so they get soft, Also we have sesame seeds in the house so those are on the list. She made a double batch but next time it is going to be tripled. My son did a number on them so he gets the bulk of them
