  • Homemade Bailey's Receipe

Help!! I lost my reseipe for homemade Bailey's. Does anyone have one? Mine had Rye, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, coconut extract and chocolate. I feel like I am missing something, and can't remember the quantities.
Edited: I want one that does not contain eggs. Thanks

I found these two recipes, don't know if they will help......

    NO EGG BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup half & half
    1 cup irish whiskey
1 1/2-2 tsp chocolate flavored syrup (like for coffee, not ice cream)
    1/16-1/8 tsp coconut extract

    BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM

    Ingredients:
    1 cup light cream
    14 ounces Eagle sweetened
    condensed milk
    1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
    1 teaspoon instant coffee
    2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate
    syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon almond extract

    Directions:
    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds.

    2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.

    Makes 4 cups.
The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake the bottle well before serving.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Thanks. I looked also. I know I never put coffee in mine, but I think I might give it a try. I'll make a small batch first.
