Mexican Spinach Dip...A big Crowd Pleaser!!!
This dip is very easy to make, and is a big crowd pleaser. Kids, as well as adults, just love it!!!......
1 - package frozen chopped spinach....squeezed, and drained very well
1 - 8oz package of soft cream cheese...not whipped....bring to room temperature
1 - 24 oz salsa.....mild, medium, or sharp, according to taste
2-cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix spinach, cream cheese, and salsa together and add to baking dish. sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
Bake in 350% oven for 20 minutes
Serve with Tortilla Chips!!!.....My favorite is round, yellow
