  • Morton's special: dinner for two $99

We tried this a few weeks ago, it was a lot of food, no need to order anything else. Includes two filets, two appetizers, two salads, two sides, and two desserts.

And the Pinot Noir they are offering for $39 was truly excellent, it ordinarily goes for double that in other restaurants, and at least that on the retail market.

I took advantage of this deal in the past. I really liked there steaks and the deserts were great to. What is nice is if you have an odd number in your family like 3 or 5 people they will accommodate the discount so it works out. You can even dine by your self they will honor it for one.

BTW I think this should be in the Restaurant forum no?

Too bad that none of the locations is close to where I live, but I might be going to San Diego soon...

I'd LOVE to take advantage of this but, the closest location is in Kansas City and it would cost me as much in gas as the meal just to get there. Maybe I can plan a two night getaway and find a good deal on a hotel around Crown Center or the Plaza.

I'm not sure I'd go to all that trouble just for the meal. But if you would like to take a getaway regardless, and do this one night as a 'what the heck, it's a good deal,' that's another story.
