Wondering what to do with all the tomatoes and basil ripening in your garden? Give this recipe a whirl!

    August Pasta Salad

    1 pound Farafelle (Bowtie) Pasta
1 1/2 cups basil leaves sliced into thin strips
1 pound brie cheese remove rind and cube
3 to 4 large ripe garden tomatoes diced
4 cloves garlic minced or crushed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1. tsp salt

I've got loads of cucumbers and squash and barely enough tomatoes for our salads.

Tony....Do you have a veggie garden? I love home grown tomatoes, they're the best. Home grown tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese with fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar. Yum

A large garden or a small farm. Should start picking corn any day now.

Picking corn....Now that sounds serious. Good for you, that's really great. I know that it must be a lot of work, but its worth it. Nothing taste as good, or is as good for you, as fresh, home grown vegetables.
