I would have to disagree with a few of the choices for NYC (Eleven Madison Park, Le Cirque, and Le Bernadin)... but I am not a restaurant critic (ooh, it would be fun, though)...

Interesting. Thomas Keller's Per Se in NYC is on the list, but French Laundry in Napa Valley isn't.

We in Minneapolis area can't keep good restaurants going, but we keep the chains going. Sad for us. We are just too cheap. I speak from experience there.
