The Cooks hams were on sale and I made one the other day for supper. I usually only make them 3 times a year because you can't get less than 10 pounds, there are only 3 of us and we get hammed out.
I cut up some and put it in the freezer for omelettes already and of course we've had sandwiches but was wondering if there was a way to get one more hot dinner out of it.
Could I use it in place of turkey/chicken in tetrazini? Or is that too wierd taste-wise?
Any other ideas?
UGH no pea soup recipes please. That is probably the only soup I won't make or eat.
