I have been watching grill week on the food network. My wife is now afraid of what concoction I will come up with tonight. I got my steaks out just not sure which new way of cooking them I want to use.

I've been watching some of the grillin' week, too. I love good BBQ, but some of the gloppy sauces almost sicken me. Good BBQ should be able to stand on its own, without sauce. Give me some good Memphis Rub any time.
