Two Florida restaurants that I have been to recently:

The Yellow Dog The Yellow Dog Cafe, Fine Dining on the Indian River

Upscalish, but don't judge it from the outside.

My friend has a house by the Coral Gables area but he is near Naples not Miami, He loves this place called Rum Runners which he took me to. I will see him today and make sure that don't have the area mixed up.

I was at a conference at stayed at the Biltmore in Coral Gables. The hotel is beautiful, my room was nice, but did not match the old world opulence of the rest of the hotel which was booked solidly.

Did also go to "Little Havana" a short distance away and ate at the "Versailles" which is basic Cuban food, but lots and lots of choices. Nothing fancy, but a tradition to go to.

I get these two cities mixed up; Cape Coral and Coral Gables all the time. Almost booked the wrong flight.
