I usually use garlic cloves rather than garlic powder because, when you're browning meat, the powder burns so, so easily. Do you add the powder after the meat is already browned? Or while you're browning it?

I had while I'm browning, not too much though. I would use garlic cloves but don't always have on hand. I never noticed the powder burning but I sure notice the wonderful smell in the house. Gotta go to work now...hungary!Sandcrab
