McCormicks Grill Mates
just tried one of the new ones: Grill Mates® Baja Citrus Marinade
FLAVOR You Can See! A tangy Mexican-style blend of citrus, garlic, chili pepper and cilantro, this marinade is a great way to enhance the taste of fish, seafood or chicken.
Excellent on chicken breast. Package suggest salmon and we will have to give that a shot.
I'll usually season double. We eat half and then I'll freeze the other half for next week in the marinade in a ziplock. Discovered the hard way that if I cooked it all the garbage disposal disguised as a 15yo boy would EAT it all.
My only problem is the local Shoprite has recently rearranged where everything is with the exclusion of dairy/frozen/meats and produce. It's a VERY large supermarket and is currently taking twice as long to shop as I can't find anything! Took 15 minutes to figure out where they put the McCormick marinades as they weren't in the spice aisle.
