Very easy, you get to pick out all of those FF stars well kinda, Every team that is in the play offs is included and each player is given a point value. YOu pick your team and must keep the total team points to below 300 points.

Lawren, it's kind of like Fantasy Football with a salary cap. You have to choose a combination of players that allows you to stay within the 300 point max limit. It also only gives you 8 changes to make throughout the entire playoffs. Since there are 4 weeks of games, it's best to choose players early that will eventually go to the Super Bowl.

The changes lock in when the games start on Saturday (1 hour prior to kickoff). You can make as many changes as you like up until that time and they will not count.

I would recommend choosing all of your intitial players from the games that begin this weekend. Not sure if that's the best route, but that's what the expert did in the link above. Then use your 8 transactions the following three weeks. If you choose players from losing teams then your transactions will dwindle quickly. Last year, I only ended up with about 5 starters in the final Super Bowl week. There were some other participants that had no players for the final week. There will be four total weeks of games, counting the Super Bowl. So make your transactons count.

Again, if you're smart enough to pick players early from the final two Super Bowl teams, I'm sure you will have an advantage. The key is figuring out which teams will make it.

It looks like I was able to get in (team name Chap7) but I didn't set my lineup because I didn't know if I could make changes later.

I've been flipping my roster back and forth several times. The changes will lock-in until right before the first game starts. You can try several different combinations until that time.

Here's the official statement that I found in the rules:

The deadline for setting your lineup each week is approximately one hour before the scheduled start of the first NFL game that week.

Jimmy has not been checking his emails, I just called him and he is out now, not sure if he will make it back in time to join and set up a team. I told him deadline was 3pm. Mike S your not in and Mike D is Dan not playing? Walt where are you? Scott you gave up?

Just curious, how many would be interested in joining a pool for the Playoff Challenge at $25 per person?

I know it's a week late, but it took awhile to get everyone started and signed up last week. I kind of gave up on the idea. Can each team please respond - yes or no? If you state yes, I'll send you my paypal address.

Personally, five of my players got knocked out in week 1, so I'm in as bad a shape as anyone else could be. I'm going to go ahead and say yes and hope I guess the two Super Bowl teams right.
