  • Vikings Cut Randy Moss

I was thrilled to see Moss back with the Vikings and hopefully end his carrer on where he started. How can you cut one of the top Receivers in the NFL after 3 weeks?

I hope the Jets sign him now

From the rumors, sounds like he basically cut himself.. Refused to get on the team plane after the game... Plus, I guess the team figures this year is pretty much a lost cause- so they might as well save several million dollars and a few headaches...

I'm guessing that either San Diego or the Redskins is where he'll end up.. Tampa could really use him, but those purse strings are so tight I doubt they will even try..

Culpepper is with the Sacramento Mountain Lions, maybe Moss will sign there for the rest of the year and show all the NFL GM's that they can't push him around!

Because he is one of the biggest self centered jerks in sports. He was an embarrasement when he was here before, he bought nothing when he came back.

You cut Moss after he disrespects his coach and his current teamates!! Did you read or hear what he said after yesterday's Vikings loss? I read all of what Moss said, and it's no wonder the Vikings cut him!!!

More disrespect from Moss as reported in the paper and on TV:

One player recounted an incident to Yahoo Sports that occurred after last Friday's practice when, as is the Viking's custom, the players gathered for a post-practice buffet provided by a local restaurant, in this case a mom-and-pop eatery that had laid out its best spread of ribs, chicken, pasta, a carving station, and other offerings. As the restaurant owners proudly served their buffet, Moss stood nearby trashing the food. " "What the [expletive]?" the wide receiver snarled. "Who ordered this crap?"

Now the Star Tribune has piled on with more details, naming the caterer (Tinucci's in Woodbury and Newport) and gathering more color from the restaurateur, Gus Tinucci.

All of a sudden I heard all this screaming, and I was like, 'Are you kidding me?' I knew who it was immediately. I looked up and there he was. [Moss said], 'I wouldn't feed this [expletive] to my [expletive] dog.' I was in shock. I couldn't believe it. It was quiet in there."
Tinucci said one player told Moss to shut up. He also said two Vikings employees approached him and apologized.

Apparently, Moss thinks he's better than everyone else, in everything. The way he acts and talks is really disgusting to me!!!!

I wonder what kind of havoc he can cause in Tennessee? He just signed with the Titans.

He could be the only player this year to score a touchdown on 3 different teams. If the season was longer, he could try for more teams.
