Well so far this weekend, I've gotten to know my driveway real well. I made three passes yesterday (I don't own a snowblower) and this morning the plow came through again so I get to go out and clean it up again.

Oh, did someone say there was a football game in Detroit tomorrow night? Good thing they couldn't play the game in the new Gopher stadium. Temps will be in the minus teens with windchills about ten to twenty degrees colder.

Sound MUCH better than what I have to look forward to.

The DW is having a bunch of women over for some meeting.
I am stuck in the basement with no beer, no wings and a 17 year old (or more) so-so TV. The power switch doesn't even work on it, I have to plug it in to get it on and unplug it to turn it off.

Hurricanes we don't have in California. We also don't have a problem with wildfires nor mudslides where I live though others do in certain areas. If it makes you feel better, our temps are going to cool down tomorrow substantially.

It is 1 degree right now in Mpls, will be going to -8 tonight. Why would we want an open stadium?
Feels darned near that cold in my basement, 60 deg. down here. Fire up the heater, it is nearly game time.

Wish I was with Big Frank at the bar with wings and beer.
