That pretty much is up to Chiefs. If yesterday's Chiefs play, they will win out. If last week's, or first Denver's Chiefs play, or second San Diego's Chiefs play they will lose out.

They can look as good as they can look bad.

Being former season ticket holders, and having endured the Frank Ganz era, I know not to give them my heart.

Maybe not the most heroic thing ever in sports, but Cassell played a gutsy game against the Rams. I never saw him wince once.

Unrelated, I was googling the '72 Dolphins yesterday cuz my buddy and I couldn't remember who the 3rd running back was.

I'll leave you hanging on that one.

But I noticed Otto Stowe was listed as a receiver. I knew him well at Iowa State and marveled how a skinny kid like that could take the abuse he did. He played four years in the NFL, @ 188 pounds (no way!!!), then hung it up because he hadn't been injured. He played in two Super Bowls.

    Anyone remember him?

Chiefs are a different team at home, and their last two games are at home.

The running backs for the Dolphins were Czonka, Morris, and Kick. Didn't even have to Google that one... Czonka grew up right next to the town I grew up in.

I am counting on Oakland to beat KC. I know KC has the home advantage but that goes out the window when these 2 teams play each other. I don't dislike KC and will in fact pull for them if they make it to the playoffs. However, I am a Chargers fan so I am hoping for a KC loss. If the Chargers don't win their next 2 games then they don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

See the Ravens v Texans game that was played last Monday night. Heartbreak?

                  Same for the Chiefs.
