Frank, you guys could have a draft party!!! Is there a chance of that so we don't have to mess with the time? Let us know ASAP.

There is no way I spoke to Jimmy he is having about 30 prople over that Sunday for a BBQ Luau I would like to change my Vote to Sept 7 and Jimmy said to add his vote in since he can not vote due to loss of power and my son also said the 7th

I did but since I never got an OK I never asked him and from what I just heard he joined a 2nd FF league. I do not think he can do a 3rd. I can ask a friend that may want in. I was hoping to get Mike back in since he killed me last year

The NFL season starts on the 8th so I don't think we should waiting until the 7th to draft. We should have at least a one day buffer before the season starts. I think the last day we can draft is the 6th and if there are no objections we will move the draft to the 6th. It would be nice to get some input from other members before we reschedule the draft.

I personally have no objections but others may if they juggled their schedules to draft on the 4th.

We will give it a couple of days before we decide to move the draft date to the 6th. I hope this helps.

My daughter-in-law is a big Packer fan and is going to take the open spot. Her name is Amanda and she knows nothing about FF.

I'm even willing to make the Tues/Thurs option work for an earlier time if necessary, just let me know.

The season starts on Thursday 9/8/2011. So I think we need to draft before the 7th.


The last two defending Super Bowl champions -- the New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers -- will kick off the 2011 season on Sept. 8 at Lambeau Field.

I'm easy, it all is ok with me. What about Monday? If everyone is off we could even do it early in the day. 9 am PDT/MST is noon on the east coast. Coffee, eggs, draft picks...we would be done before the grills get fired up.

I Will Be Coming Home From Sacramento on September 6th

We are leaving to see my son and his family in Sacramento tomorrow.

Coming back home, my arrival time on September 6th (If the plane is not late) is 5:50 pm CDT. I don't think I can get back home until 7:30 or 8:00 pm.

I will be drafting for another league on September 7th. But I could draft for both leagues if I have to do so.

Also, I could alway get my son or grandson to draft for me. Just set a time and stick with it.

There is no way that you can please everyone. You can always let the computer draft for you. But you need to list your players in the order you want to draft. Otherwise, you may end up with 10 kickers on your team.

I got a PM that Pelikens has to drop out so I am not sure if you want me to ask my friend or we just cut the teams down.
