Nope, the old man still holds that record with a low score of 0. One game in 2008 he didn't have a full roster and forfeited the game.

Second goes to Rusty's Den in 2006 with 26.4
then in 2008 Hanger's had 38.6

Jimmy is still safe of the low score title, but not by much.
