Frank, I don't remember for sure how much it costs to be with CBS. I checked my email but I don't see an invoice or receipt of from them. I will have to check my PayPal and CC when I get a minute or 2. My guess would be about $15.00 for CBS and $25.00 for the pool.

Mike who paid for the pool and how do you work the prize for 1st only or 1st and 2nd. If someone wins that did not go into the pool then the closest to first wins or should we carry the pool into next season?

Just wondering cause I know Mike is laid back and does not push to collect in fact most of the times I have to harrass him to find out how much, Did you pay for the FF league?

And since Mike is so laid back I hate to say this but IMO The pool entrant's should have been posted and locked out after week whatever we had picked. If they wanted in pool after the close date, Then I think that a tier system to pay extra depending on when they want to get into the pool. This is how we do it in my other league. What is funny is there is a lot we do here that I like more but some things they do in my other league I like better for Ex: They have 2 more players which are Def players. Also picking up players that are not on a waver can be gotten right away with no waiting. So if your player gets hurt while you are watching the game and you are fast enough you could pick up his replacement on the spot. Now this can be good or bad since the guy in first place can make his team stronger. Play offs there is no bye, I do not like that cause I am currently in first place My other team play offs start a week later than ours here. Now there is good and bad to this, the good is we all get to play longer. The bad news is teams that are in the play offs tend to save there top players. So I am now wondering if Brady, Jennings,Witten or even Rogers who my god child has will get to play there best game

To be honest, I had not paid for the pool or the league fees. I sent $40 for both today. If it's too late for the pool, I understand. Just let me know now, instead of after I win it.

Mike runs the League and what he says goes so it is up to him if he will take the money in for the pool. I believe last year it was said people had up to this date to pay. IMO We should have a rule in place moving forward. BTW I normaly put in a few extra bucks to cover the pay pal charges but I am paying for 3.

Walt, just curious on the perspective from a die-hard Packers fan... how long will it take for the fans to forgive Brett for leaving the Packers in the manner he did? Think it will take a while or especially since they won the super bowl last year, does everyone up there still love him anyhow?

Not that it will matter cause I do not plan on ending in first but why are we changing what we have done in the past now at the last minute. Was this talked about and I missed it again BTW I am sure by the next 2 games Walt will pass me by. My players are hurting and my back ups can explode but you never know when.

I was feeling so badly about taking Frank down last week (not really ), I did look into the tie between you two for the first round bye. If I read it correctly, it wouldn't have mattered whether it was total points or head-to-head. SackPack won the tiebreaker either way.

Not Until Brett Makes Up With The Packers Nation!

Walt, just curious on the perspective from a die-hard Packers fan... how long will it take for the fans to forgive Brett for leaving the Packers in the manner he did? Think it will take a while or especially since they won the super bowl last year, does everyone up there still love him anyhow?

Winning the Super Bowl has nothing to do with how many Packer's Fans feel about Brett.

Brett and the Packers of the 1990's brought the Packers back to the Championship teams of the 1960's. To this the Packer fans are thankful. But It is a team sport. The teams in of the 1970's and 1980's were not that good. But, the Packers Fans stayed true to the Packers during this time. I have season tickets and Lambeau Field was always filled during the 1970's and 1980's.

Had Brett stayed with the Jets, Brett would not have to make up with the Packer's Nation. The many Packers fans would still love him. That is not the case now. My only question is: Is Brett able to make up with the Packer Nation?

Talking with my dental patients about Brett, during the last 3 years, I found out that when Brett was traded to the Jets there seemed to be a 50-50 divide about what happen. Those that thought The Packers were at fault and those that though Brett was at fault.

I was one that understood that the Packers needed to move on without Brett since he was unwilling to make a total commitment to the Packers. I felt that in Brett's early years, Brett's father, made sure that Brett put the team first. There is no "I" in team. After Brett's father died, I felt that Brett became more and more a me first player. He got Coach Sherman to give him a private parking area, his own locker space away from the team, and his own shower. To me this showed his team mates that he wasn't part of the team, that he was above the team.

Over the last 2 years when Brett played for the Vikings, my dental patient views have changed were I don't recall anyone now having anything good to say about Brett. The best I could say is some Packers Fans felt sorry for Brett since he was not able to enjoy the Packers Super Bowl win.

Most Packer Fans realize that the Vikings and Brett came up with a plan to have Brett get the Jets to release him after Brett said he would retired. Even though this was against tampering league rules. He and the Vikings knew that as soon as he got his release that he was going to sign with the Vikings just so he could stick it to the Packers management and the Packers Fan.

Brett wanted to divide the Packer Nation. And he did so, until he signed with the Vikings.

There is no love for the Vikings with any Packer Fans. Brett could have played for any other team without losing the support of his fans. But not the Vikings.

It will take time and Brett needs to make up with the Packers Nation. He could make it happen quicker if he shows support of Rodgers. But, I don't think he is able to do so. So it may be longer than 5 years before the Packer Nations welcomes his back.

I have had a problem with the waver order this year. I know I have problems Might be cause I am catching up to Mike and Walt in age. Anyway what is it, Is the order going by your place and if you had a pick up it puts you at the end which is what I thought it was.
