Mike, the waiver process is screwed up again. Queued up waiver moves say they won't happen until Thursday morning instead of Wednesday morning.

It's worse than I thought. It now says the next waiver process is NEXT Thursday - Will be processed Thursday morning (11/28).

I think I got it. The thing is when you change the transation policy you have to wait 24 hours to see if it worked. Here are 2 emails I got from CBS. I don't know how things got messed up. Keep fingers crossed.

Good morning,

Okay I have gone into your league, and taken a look again at your league settings for the transaction policy that you use. It appears that you have it set for "waivers", and to have them run on Tuesday only. This means the waivers will run, and submitted claims will be ran Tuesday late night/early Wednesday morning. You have also selected 1 day waivers period. What this means is after a player is dropped from a team, he has to clear 1 waiver run before he can be picked up an added to a team. Therefore, say a player is dropped on a Thursday, he will not be added to a team on the following Tuesday when your waivers run, because that will count as his one to clear, and then will be available to claim and pick up the 2nd Tuesday night when the waivers run again. Now that you have removed the "free agents always on waivers" option, players that have not been recently dropped will be listed as free agents, and available for immediate pickup.

Good afternoon,

I have gone into your league and took a look at your league settings for the transaction policies. One thing I see is that you have selected the option to have free agent players always on waivers. With this option selected, players will never be considered "free agents" available for immediate pickup. With this option selected players will always have to be claimed and processed through the waivers process. You have selected also to have the waivers process run on every available option. You have selected Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, & Sat. This means the claims will be processed over night/early morning on those nights, which would be as follows:
Tuesday waivers run = Tuesday late night/Wednesday early morning
Wednesday waivers run = Wednesday late night/Thursday early morning
Thursday waivers run = Thursday late night/Friday early morning
Friday waivers run = Friday late night/Saturday early morning
Saturdays waivers run = Saturday late night/Sunday early morning

After that last waivers run on late Saturday night/early Sunday morning and processes any claims that were put it, that will be it for adds for the week. The waivers process for adding players again will then not run again until the following week late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning.

To avoid paying a fee to play FF I started a 6 team league (with coworkers) through Yahoo. I would rather pay the fee and use CBS.
