In my championship, Yahoo said I had a 100% chance of winning with 2:00 left going against SF D and Phil Dawson. I got screwed on onside kick, pick 6 and then the final Hail Mary interception to lose by one point! Not to mention that Vernon Davis was my TE. Nice win Tyler. Too bad Big Frank. I watched the 49er game and couldn't believe how the game ended.
There are some very good and meaningful games to be played this week end. One of which is the Packers/Bears game.
I can't believe that the Packers still have a chance for the playoffs. I don't think any NFL team had as many injuries to Key Player as the Packers did this season. Good thing we have the Lions and Bears in our Division. I was at the Packers vs Steelers game and went away from the game thinking the this was the last home game for the season. I was hoping for an Eagle victory over the Bears. But didn't think the the Eagles could beat down the Bears like they did. We listen to the Eagles/Bears game on our 2 hour trip home and our mood changed from disappointment to hope that we will have the 4th seed and a home playoff game.

I plan to do it again. I really would like to change the rule that says when someone drops out their players are all cut and the new person has to start from scratch and draft last. Even if the new person hates all of the players on the old team, they can just cut them all and start over. Also, where do we stand with the other rule change proposal?
"The keeper policy should be:Keep up to 2 players at any position. - only 4 votes on that one, it was 3-1 for the change.
Also, I think the penalty for keeping players is prohibitive. Losing 1st and 2nd round picks to keep players results in most teams cutting everyone. It seems against the idea of a keeper league. My two cents. I've been crushed like a bug on that one before.

Some thoughts...
1. On keepers. I've seen leagues that let you keep players in the round you draft them but each year that round is decreased by a certain amount. For example, if I drafted Eddy Lacy this year with a 5th round pick, I could keep him this year for a 3rd, next year for a 1st and then he either goes right to the draft pool or I can retain him for for a 1st for every year after, depending on how the league is set up. It seems cool to me because you could end up keeping a late round gem you found for many years and it makes value interesting (is J. Charles as a 1st round pick or Lacy as a 4th round a more valuable keeper?) so that's an idea.
2. On the draft. Have you guys always done the draft as non-snaking (a.k.a. the same person chooses 1st each round instead of the draft order swapping back and forth every round)? Snaking to me always seemed fair.
3. I agree that new players shouldn't have to pick last (especially if the draft is non-snake).
4. On waivers. Would a blind bid system be possible to set up? Basically, you start the season with $100 and each week you make a blind bid on whatever player you want and if your bid is the highest you get him. I've heard of leagues like that and it seems like a cool idea.
Just a few thoughts I've seen in other places that I thought would be cool/fun. Also, no matter what changes you make there is a 0% chance Big Frank will beat me when the chips are down.

The non-snake draft was meant to, in theory, give the teams with the worst keepers the best shot at improving and giving the teams with the best keepers (theoretically the teams with the best records) the lower picks, just like what happens in real life. Texas gets the first pick in each round and Seattle picks last each time.
In my opinion, keeping track of the round you need to skip each year for each team is too much work. It also does not take into account players that were not drafted and picked up during the season and players dropped by other teams that are picked up later like Julio Jones. I guess you could call it a 16th round to start but that hardly seems fair.
