I did see it. The problem I had with my lineup was at TE. And It was your TE that the won for you. Also Ahmad Bradshaw had three chances to score and failed before he got injured and was unable to play the rest of the game

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been suspended without pay for at least the remainder of this season and will not consider him for reinstatement before April 15, 2015, for violating the personal conduct policy in child abuse incident.

Peterson pleaded no contest in Texas on Nov. 4 to misdemeanor reckless assault, down from a felony charge of child abuse for disciplining his 4-year-old son with a wooden switch. He received what's essentially two years of probation, plus a $4,000 fine and requirement to complete parenting classes and 80 hours of community service.

The boy suffered cuts, marks and bruising to his thighs, back and one of his testicles, according to court records, and backlash from the public was strong. One major Vikings sponsor suspended its partnership, other corporations expressed concerns to the team and the league, and Peterson was dropped as an endorser of several brands.

The Vikings first declared on Sept. 15 that Peterson would remain with the team to give him his due process in the legal system. Then they reversed course about 36 hours later, announcing that commissioner Roger Goodell agreed to issue his special roster exemption. Peterson continued to draw his weekly in-season salary of more than $690,000.

Peterson was indicted Sept. 12. He was held out of Minnesota's game on Sept. 14 and placed on the commissioner's exempt list Sept. 16. After his plea freed him from the court system, assuming fulfillment of probation terms, the union demanded in a letter to the league that Peterson be allowed to rejoin the Vikings immediately until any discipline had been determined. But the NFL responded by declaring Peterson would remain on paid leave until the process is completed.

I wrote that this would happen. I also think that there is no way the Vikings will pay AP his scheduled salary for next year. Even if he had played the full schedule this year. I really think that either AP would have to rework his contract for the remaining time on the contract, or the Vikings would have to cut him for three reasons. his salary, age and PR. I don't think the Vikings can trade him because of his Salary and the fact he is damage goods for any PR move.

Peterson is three years into a six-year, $96 million contract extension. However, the Vikings have already paid out the $36 million in guaranteed money that the contract contained, according to Spotrac. That means they can cut Peterson without paying him a dime of the ~$56 million he is owed between now and 2017. The only financial penalty of cutting him would be a small cap hit ($2.7 million this year and $2.4 million in 2015, Spotrac reports).

Because Peterson's contract is non-guaranteed from here on, the Vikings have no real obligation to keep him

n a letter to the MVP running back, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell noted that Peterson was much larger and stronger than the child he whipped, could well carry out similar discipline on any one of his children and needs psychological care that the league intends to closely monitor.

Goodell’s letter called what Peterson did to the child “criminal physical abuse” and that Peterson showed “no meaningful remorse” for his actions.

“The timing of your potential reinstatement will be based on the results of the counseling and treatment program set forth in this decision. Under this two-step approach, the precise length of the suspension will depend on your actions.

“We are prepared to put in place a program that can help you to succeed, but no program can succeed without your genuine and continuing engagement. You must commit yourself to your counseling and rehabilitative effort, properly care for your children, and have no further violations of law or league policy.”

Under the league’s contract with the union, Peterson has three days to appeal the suspension, which would lead to a prompt hearing. An appeal would also keep Peterson on the commissioner’s Exempt List, where Peterson has been for most of the season. He’s been receiving his 2014 salary.

In a statement issued within minutes of the league’s statement, the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) said it will “appeal this suspension and will demand that a neutral arbitrator oversee the appeal.”

Bradshaw did us both in, I lost because both he and Thomas TE Broncos got hurt. I have playoff clinched, in fact, I can still lose 2 more and still be in first place.

I feel it does not make sense for teams that are not in the playoffs to be able to pick up on the waiver wire. I just said the same thing last week on another FF league. I was hopping to get Randle here and could not, Last week I lost out on a top Def.

Did you want to play Randle instead of Hill?

I would not have played him after the news broke about Murray starting. Funny, I never would have bet the Hill would have given me more points at the end than most of my team. He helped me here, but hurt me in another League. I gave up Charles to get Jeffery and Gio Bernard. Gio has been on my bench for the last 3 weeks.
