    I will sign up for a league with the name Timeshare Forums Fantasy Football with the initial TS4MS. I will need email addresses from each pearon so you get an invitation to join the league. You can PM them to me. I only have 2 so far Mshatty and tenniswalt.

    For drafting we can set a time limit each person get to make their pick per round before the computer makes it for them. It is defaulted to 2 minutes by CBS. We can set it to less then 2 minutes or more then 2 minutes. One thing that will speed things up is if each individual ranks players before the draft. It does take some time to rank players and can be on the CBS Sportsoline website. My experience is it takes about 2 and half to 3 hours to complete the draft.

    If you are not sure who to draft you can let the computer do it for you. It will pick the best available player.

        Last year the CBS Sportsline computer ranked the defenses too high. Last year someone didn't make the draft and allowed the computer to draft for him. The person ended up with about 5 defenses and very few running backs.

          Being a true fantasy football rookie here (as opposed to a TS newbie), does the CBS Sportsline have any instructions or guide on how the actual draft is done: like logging in, etc.

          I would like to review the instructions before hand so that I am not a drag on the draft.

                On Sept 5th about 7:45 Central Time enter the draft room by click on the draft room tab. All the members in the league will be there.

                In the draft room you will be able to see what round we are in, who's pick it is, and how much time is left for that pick. There is also a place to chat or ask questions.

                The order of the draft will be randomly generated either the day of, or the day before, the draft by CBS.

                There will be 16 rounds and each player will get 1 pick per round. We will use a snake draft. See the example below for a 10 team league.

                Round 1
                1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

                Round 2
                10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

                Round 3
                1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

                Round 4
                10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

                The most important thing is being organized before the draft and use a cheat sheet during the draft. A cheat sheet has players ranked by position. There is a cheat sheet on our league home page. I use CBS SportsLine.com Draft Analyzer as a cheat sheet and draft organizer.

                This site is a good place to get a basic understanding of fantasy football.

                      Don't forget to give your team a Logo

                      Go under Options to get a team Logo and Colors.

                                Go the league home page. at the top of the page is a line beginning with League Home.....Scoreboard.....Options is the 2nd last one listed.
