Between Monday and Thursday evening, I must have switched out my WR's so that I would have Braylon Edwards active and then reserve at least 6 or 7 times. I finally decide not to start him.
Of course, he scores 14.6 FF points last night!!! I'll bet that all of my other WR's this weekend won't score more than 14 points total.
Last week when I played the Green and Gold I almost changed my lineup at the very last minute from WR Donte's Stallworth to TE LJ. Smith. Stallworth gave me 17.1 points and Smith didn't have any points.
Donte' Stallworth had four receptions for 111 yards with a touchdown in Week 13 against the Panthers
Smith was able to play in Week 13 against the Panthers but he did not record any offensive statistics. He did drop a pass intended for him in the end zone.
But in my other league, I also changed from Delhomme to Grossman at the last minute and Grossman had -5 points ( 3 PaInt's) and Delhomme had 30 points.
I lost several games in both Leagues this year with last minute changes. I think it is best not to over think and just play with your gut feeling.
By the way, I would like to point out that I was very lucky playing the number one seed "Green and Gold" so far this year. I was 2-0 against the Green and Gold and 1-1 against Doom. And I was also 1-0 against Hangers. But I also lost to the Minisota Vikin's. Luck is a big factor in Fantasy Football.
Willis McGahee carried 16 times for 125 yards and a touchdown. 18.5 Points
Dolphins RB Sammy Morris had 25 carries for 123 yards and a touchdown. 22.2 Points.
So, it comes down to Rams RB Steven Jackson vs the Bear's defense. Can he get more than 19.7 points against the Bear's defense? Are you really for some football tonight?
So what teams are going to the Super Bowl?
I would say San Diego and L.T. in the AFC. And in the NFC, I would say the Bears (Grossman?) or New Orleans if they can get WR Horn and Colston healthy and if the weather in Chicago is good for the play off game.

Walt
Walt,
I think you will have me. Steven Jackson will have to score a couple of TDs for me have a chance and that Bear's defense is awfully good!
I went to bed after Chicago went up so much and Jackson was hurt. I wasn't going to torture myself. You never know who's going to play well and who isn't.
I will need some really good games next week from my receivers to win!
