I changed my line up. The Dolphins listed WR Marty Booker (ankle) as doubtful. And The Miami Herald reported Tuesday that Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown (hand) says he's been cleared to practice and is hopeful to play vs. the Jets in Week 16.

So I am playing Buffalo RB Willis McGahee and Redskins WR Santana Moss.

        Hi Frank,

Nice win! If was a fun game to watch. The Jets played well in the rain. I thought that there would have been more turnovers in the rain. PM your address so I can send the Wisconsin Cheese.

To a Jets fan that was a nail biter. That first half was a tear jerk-er. Especially since I was down some 40 points at the time. What saved me was the touchdown Pennington pass to Cotchery since I got 12 points for the touchdown and the 70 yard shuttle pass to Washington got me the win.

I think it might have given me the loss and Sack Pack the win. I thought we were tied going into the game. I also think it did the same thing with Trevor and Jimmy. I recall Trevor with 2 wins and he won last night. That should have given him 3 wins.

                  Mike,

Thanks. I didn't know I won until Monday evening. However, I was watching games on Sunday and had Matt Leinart as my QB. He's doing great and right before halftime, he gets knocked out of the game!!

I thought that that was the end of my day. Guess not. You really had a rough day, sorry.

Anyway, thanks to you for being the commissioner. I really enjoyed participating.

                  • Mike Congratulations on being the first winner. I must have missed the post saying that you won. I am sending you 5000 TS4ms points for winning.

BTW There is still another game left, I think for next season we should try to go right to the last game. I hope we still get this last game in I have been on a roll.

I would like to play until the last game too.

However, you don't want the League's Super Bowl on week #17 because some of the better teams will rest their better players in order to get them really for the NFL playoffs.

                      Strategy session by CBS Sportsline

How will the playoff scenarios impact Week 17 Fantasy play?

Play all Regulars in all games but the following:

Cleveland at Houston: Two teams with no playoff hopes. The Texans have a first-year head coach who they can't quit on, so they'll fight for a win. The Browns will start Ken Dorsey at quarterback and try to get out of the game without any major injuries.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Texans; sit all regular Browns.

St. Louis at Minnesota: The Rams are in the playoffs with a win and losses by the Giants, Packers and Panthers. It seems unlikely, but they'll give a stronger effort than the Vikings, who have lost seven of their last nine. If the Giants win on Saturday, then the Rams' plan may change, so be wary of that. The Vikings are expected to give some playing time to their younger guys so Brad Childress can evaluate what he's got on his roster.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Rams if the Giants lose; sit all regular Vikings except Chester Taylor (if healthy).

Carolina at :New Orleans The Saints have the No. 2 seed in the NFC locked up and aren't expected to play their starters for a full game. The Panthers will unload the bench if the Giants win on Saturday, but will play for a win if the Giants lose. Same drill for the Panthers as for the Rams.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Panthers if the Giants lose; expect limited stats from all regular Saints.

Oakland at N.Y. Jets: The Raiders are looking to play out the string, so I think the Jets will try to build a big lead and then rest their key players. Of course, if they build a big lead, it will mean quality stats from the Jets' players.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Jets; you're nuts if you're using any Raiders other than Ronald Curry.

Seattle at Tampa Bay: The Seahawks will host a home game as the No. 4 seed no matter what, so the game means nothing to them. That means they could pull their starters at some point. The Bucs are toast, but they played some nice football last week and are expected to try and finish strong at home.

Fantasy analysis: Expect limited stats from all Seahawks regulars; sit all regular Buccaneers except Michael Pittman (if he starts) and Joey Galloway.

San Francisco at Denver: Niners coach Mike Nolan has already said he is considering this game as a step towards next season, so expect to see some younger players and backups for them. Denver is in the playoffs as the No. 5 seed with a win.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Broncos; sit all regular 49ers except Frank Gore and Vernon Davis, but expect limited stats from Gore.

Miami at Indianapolis: The Colts can get the No. 2 seed if they win and the Ravens lose. Because the Ravens are playing at the same time as the Colts, expect Indy's starters to play a lot. Miami could start looking at players for 2007, or they could consider this game as their Super Bowl -- depending entirely on Nick Saban's mindset.

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Colts; sit all regular Dolphins except Ronnie Brown.

Green Bay at Chicago: The Packers will know before kickoff if they have to win to make the playoffs. If the Giants lose, they are in as the No. 6 seed in the NFC with a win. The Bears will probably play their starters for at least a half, but will want to defeat their nemesis from the north regardless of the impact of the game's outcome for them (the Bears have clinched the No. 1 seed in the NFC already).

Fantasy analysis: Play all regular Packers if the Giants lose; expect limited stats from all Bears regulars.

                        Thanks for the 5000 points!

If Mike can schedule games, I would like to play again this week. I don't care who.

                        • I think our league playoffs have to begin week 14 of the NFL season. Even thou there are 4 weeks left of the NFL season at that point I don't think we want to use the last week of the NFL season for our championship game. NFL teams that have clinched a playoff spot and have nothing to gain by playing their star players and sometimes rest them the last couple weeks of the NFL season. Example 2 years ago the Colts rested Manning, Harrison, and James the last 2 weeks of the season. Last year Holgram rested Alexandra after he got the TD record. Also some star players show up on injury reports that wouldn't if their team was fighting for a playoff spot.

CBS Sportline is setup so the playoff are managed by them. Their software determines whose in and whose not and who plays who. So if you don't make the playoffs you are done for the season or if you lose in the playoff you are done for the season. However we can manage are playoffs by manually setting up a weekly schedule. I did that last week and will do it for this week. I don't know if the regular season records matters but keep in mind anyone not in the playoff (starting week 15) their wins and losses will not count towards the regular season record. The season record I posted was based off the regular season and playoffs. If I made a mistake let me know and I will try to correct it.

Now onto our last game of the season. If someone wants to look at the match-ups for the season and would like to play a certain week over let me know what week it is and we will use that to set up games for this weekend. I will use the first to response. If no one response I like the number 7.

I am not sure the link to the season schedule will work because of membership accounts but here is the link if you want to copy and paste.
