I haven't been watching that series. The Ducks beat Vancouver and Detroit beat Calgary, so I don't like either of them!!

      I don't think so! Forearm + head + boards = you're gone!

Replays on that hit were pretty obvious that his forearms were above his shoulders. He got what he deserved.

      Unfortunately, the Ducks won tonight.

well, I guess its time to say congrats to all the senator fans out there.even though i dont think the sabres (in this series) played up to there full potential, you cant take that away from ottawa. hopefully the senators win the cup - so we can say we got beat by the best.

Hasek vrs the senators? that could get interesting.

Stanley Cup Finals --- anyone else going?

The guy is 6'6"....I guess he needs to drop to his knees or become a midget before he cleans anyone's clock again.

Oh well....it didn't matter anyway. On to the Lord's finals.......Go Ducks!!!!!

Where are all the rabid Canadian hockey fans?

Ducks are up 2-0....anything can happen.....where is everyone?

Who is Canada's team? Sure Ottawa is in Canada but the Ducks have more Canadians on the roster than the Senators.

20 of the 29 players current with the Ducks (69%) are from Canada.

14 of 23 Ottawa players (60.1%) are from Canada.

The Ducks also have a Canadian captain, Scott Niedermayer. Ottawa's captain Daniel Alfredsson is from Sweden.

Congratulations to the Ducks. I had the pleasure of watching the final game Wednesday on a large screen TV while relaxing with my wife, and eating munchies in the Diamond Lounge at Harrahs Rincon.

How did you like getting our boy Avery for the stretch run?
Are you my friend Danny? How about a Fresca?

Sean Avery has found his game in NY! believe it or not but for the past 2 or 3 seasons I have wanted this guy on my team in the worst way and was estatic when he came over. He has made so many new friends on the Devils and on the Islanders He was given a chance to just play his game as long as he didnt get stupid. He is a HUGE reason the NYR turned things around.

                            I agree completely.

And the Kings didn't have the right talent around him shine. NY had the perfect mix of skaters for Avery to show off his skills.
We'll see in a year or so how the Kings fair in that trade.
