Can they have any worse announcers? I like Cris Collingsworth as a report covering the post games from the studio or on shows like HBO's but I don't care for him in the broadcast booth live. And Bryant Gumble? MY GOD! His monotone voice and bad gaffs are terrible. I think he called the Cowboys the Packers at least three times in the first half. He just simply sucks!

If the NFL Network really expects people to pay for their programming, they better find decent guys to work the games live on game day!

For now, most people don't know how bad they are because most can't get their broadcast. I watched the Dallas GB on the internet. During the game NFL Network does a feature on some player that takes about 5 minutes. We leave the game to watch some stupid player feature. Also, they would consistently miss the kickoffs and punts with their hosts interviewing each other about some lame question.

I'm glad I haven't signed up for the NFL Network yet. It is very infantile in its production quality.

We can't get it - living among the tall trees we cannot get satellite. I wanted it, badly, especially to get all the football games.

We did get a feed for Thanksgiving since our team was playing and yeah, Gumbel is awful. It's like he's on valium or something. He actually looks ill to me, but maybe he's just lost a lot of weight?

As far as worse announcers, MNF!!!!! Tony Kornhole should be shown the door. I get soooo annoyed at them bringing people into the booth that have nothing to do with football and their continuing hype of pti. took me many Monday nights to figure out what the hell that even was!!! Now, unless I really care about the teams playing, I'll skip MNF.

DH hates Phil Sims and he is almost always the announcer for Colts (our team).

John Madden can get on my nerves but I like Al enuf to hang in there.

Bad News For NFL Fans!

Is that the best they can do? I was able to listen to the Radio's Wayne Larrivee and watch the game on TV. Wayne Larrivee is one of the best.

There was a delay on the TV end of about 1/2 sec., which I was willing to put up with because Gumble was so bad.

An average Fan knows more about the teams that Gumble. Does he ever watch any other NFL games? The Cowboys uniforms and the Packers uniforms look nothing like each other. To call the Cowboys the Packers really sucks!
