  • Poll: Would you like to see the Patriots go undefeated this season?

Per a member request. Nice questions since this still hasn't been accomplished since the 1972 Miami Dolphins. We've had a couple of close calls but no undefeated teams.

Elan, I don't think you've seen them play. They don't need to cheat, although that idiotic move at the beginning of the season puts them in a bad light.

          Falmouth,
Sour grapes, ya think ? They can't explain all the wins since video-gate either.

Which ones did we cheat at ? The ones after video-gate ?

            I guess the Jets, too.

What I want is to see the Pats lose to the Jets this week.

Wouldn't that be the biggest all-time upset in history, uh, except for that 2004 thing at Yankee Stadium (which we won't mention again ) ?

Can you imagine the payoff for anyone betting and winning on the Jets ?

I do like them and especially since they're not talking smack as so many others have (and went).

How about the list and this game?

                  6. Just do it -- Giants beat the mighty Bears in "Sneakers" game for NFL title
The Bears, powered by the running duo of Bronko Nagurski and Beattie Feathers, won 13 games in the 1934 regular season, and became the first NFL team to complete a season without a loss or a tie. Nagurski was a blocking terror, clearing a path for Feathers that helped the halfback average 9.9 yards a carry.

The Giants lost five games in 1934, including two to the Bears, and a Chicago win seems a near certainty. Then the Polo Grounds weather gets all funky -- game-time temp is 9 degrees -- and the teams battle it out on a sheet of ice before 35,000 hearty fans. The Bears lead 10-3 at halftime, but the Giants come back in the second half with a surprise: They've left their useless cleats in the locker room, and now wear sneakers. While the Bears continue to slip and slide, the Giants ride their sure-grips to 27 points (including two Ken Strong TDs) in the fourth quarter to win going away, 30-13.

Bet is still one for one, It is the 24 points that the Jets are getting that makes it 1 to 1.

You know, there's always an upset just about every week.

                          Superbowl

                          Elan
There hasnt been the slightest evedence that the Pats cheated in any of their Superbowl wins. On field taping has been standard practice in NFL
for over 40 years. In fact an employee of Jets was asked to stop filming at Foxboro, the Patriots home field, LAST year.

Did the Jets spy on the Patriots, too? -- Newsday.com

Were the Jets "cheating " as well????

Belichik is certaily guilty of being one of the most arrogant SOBS in the league...(after all, he was Parcell's protoge)
But as history will prove, he is also the best coach in the post salary cap era,
and maybe in the history of the game.

You have the opportunity of watching what could be the best team in the history of the NFL.... Enjoy it!!!!

I want to see Miami knock em off!!!

Really, I'd just like to see the arrogance toned down. They are good, I will not deny that. I just don't like how smarmy they are about it.
