Interesting, but that theory doesn't stand, at least IMHO...

Even before the BabyGate thing, Tommy wasn't plastering his kisser all around like Peyton and he had 2-3 SuperBowls in his win column. In fact, Peyton hadn't even won a SuperBowl and he was on every commercial it seemed. I think that Tom and his manager have decided against this tack for whatever reason.

Brady with his GQ looks, demeanor, QB abilities just outshines Manning in all categoris. Again,
MHO here. Could explain why he's on GQ, Men's Health, etc. most times.
Personally, I don't dislike Peyton, but am tired of the "corn-pone, gosh-golly,gee shucks" commercials with him.

LOL - yeah but Brett Favre is a man's man! Both of them appear like sissy boys. My hubby just laughs when he sees those Payton Manning commericials.

F.Y.I to all...I saw a print ad with Tom Brady and couldn't believe my eyes! I was in the waiting room at the Dr.'s office and flipping through the pages of an upscale magazine and there was an ad with a gorgeous male and female model. He had on this fabulous suede coat and the ad was for stetson cologne. I said "who is that?!" and took a double take when I realized it was our favorite QB Tom Brady. Good for him! It was tasteful and well done unlike the commercials with goofy Manning.
