There is a funPlayoff Challenge from CBS SportsLine.com. Below is a description of the Playoff Challenge from their website.

Playoff Challenge from CBS SportsLine.com offers you a chance to experience the excitement of postseason fantasy football and win cash prizes.

The game is simple - create a team of NFL players who you think will collect the most fantasy points throughout the postseason. Points will be awarded to your team based on the statistics players accumulate during the playoffs. The opportunity to change players between rounds is limited so the challenge is to pick players on teams that will continue playing all the way to the championship game.

Mike, is there a cost for this? Can we win any money? Do we all start off on even footing for the playoffs or is it a continuation of what happened during the regular season? How do we establish our teams?

This is not the Fantasy Football league so it is not a continuation. However it is some what similar to the FFL. There is no cost and there is nothing to win unless you want to make side bets with others (BigFrank has been doing a lot of collecting this year). We are doing this for the fun of it. As far as the standings goes we are all in 1st place right now.

Weekly Lineup

Setting Your Lineup
There are four (4) NFL playoff rounds total. Prior to each of the first two rounds of the NFL playoffs (the Wild Card and Divisional Playoff rounds), you will choose a starting lineup of eight (8) NFL players. You will have 300 units to "spend" assembling your team. Prior to the Conference Championship round, you will only be allowed to change 4 players from the previous week's lineup, with the other 4 players carrying over. You will be allowed to change only 2 players prior to the Super Bowl, with 6 players carrying over from the previous week. Your challenge is to select players who will advance deep into the playoffs.

Prior to the Wild Card round, the pool of available NFL players will be selected and each will be assigned a value (in "units") by the Administrator. Players' values will not change throughout the playoffs.

Lineup Setting Deadline
The Contest will run for the duration of the NFL playoffs. The deadline for setting your lineup each week is approximately one hour before the scheduled start of the first NFL game that week. This season's NFL playoff schedule is listed below.
