Just got back from the Grand Mayan Acapulco were we watched the game last week at the Mondo Sports bar on several plasma wide screen TV's in Spanish no less. Most of the group were rooting for the Packers but a few of us NY'ers were cheering or crying as the tide went back and fourth. I told everyone that we were not going to make the field goal with seconds left in regulation time since I have little confidence in our kicker but he finally made a 47 yarder in OT and I'm still coming down from my HIGH.

I don't think we will win the super Bowl but just getting there was a fun ride and we can always hope for another miracle.

    GO Giants !!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL NE Patriots season ticket holders are automatically placed into a lottery drawing for the chance to buy Superbowl tickets (from among the limited number which are allotted directly to the franchise). Obviously, there are many, many more Patriots season ticket holders than there are allotted or available tickets for the Superbowl allotted to the franchise. In short, it's not really correct to say that you are "never offered an opportunity to buy". More accurately stated, you have apparently never won a chance to buy Superbowl tickets, not having been drawn in the lottery to then be offered the chance and choice to do so. For the NY Giants, there were likely many more Superbowl tickets alloted and available to the franchise than there are Giants season ticket hoders in existence (no slight is intended in saying that, it is just a statistical observation and personal opinion).

As a season ticket holder, I obviuosly know about the lottery, which I have never won.
I was referring to the opportunity of just buying tickets for Superbowl
just like we do for playoffs. I know this is highly improbable in that the NFL controls over 80% of the tickets, and just a small percentage is made available for general public to purchase.

I was asking Frank if he knew if ALL Giant season ticket owners had opportunity of buying SB tixs from organization.

My cousin owns 10 yes 10 season tickets to the GIANTS. He as far as I know did not even try for the lottery. They got a package deal to go to the game $5500 each for 25 people it includes air, hotel and a ticket.

That's not actually how I interpreted your question (even after re-reading it again just now), but no matter --- we are on the same side (....with neither of us in Arizona ).

Honestly before the Giants kicker finally made that winning field goal, I was seriously worried what was going to happen to him in the locker room afterwards had they ended up losing. Missing two field goals like that in the most important game of the season up till that point...he would've been in some trouble lol
