        Gosh....we looked so good the first 10 minutes! How can I eat during half time with the way they're playing? At least the score's tight.

            Very disappointed, not with the game itself, but all the "other stuff".

            The pre-game stuff was ridiculous. Red carpet celebreties??, Paula Abdul performances??, C'mon, if they have time to do all that crap, the pre-game show... IS TOO DARN LONG!!

            They have effectively priced the common person out of going to the actual game. Now, they make it hard to watch it on TV. It seems to be more commercials (which aren't even that good), than football. I'm almost bored with the game because there's soo many commercials.

            Just my thoughts...

                blome - TiVo may be the best solution for this... If the game is too long with all those commercials, record it and skip through it... and watch the whole thing in 1 hr

                        Not even sure what I should say to that 'red zin' comment. Of Course it is a red zin. Edmeades Mendocino 2000 Zin. Medocino has a certain flavor, and the wife likes it, so bought it. I am not a big fan, but this has aged and improved. Nice.

                        BTW-I make some nice zins, (my specialty) but have an open spot between those that are now gone, and the bottles that have not aged enough.

                        It was announced that Petty is coming to Mpls too.

                            One of my favorite lounge around T's says "Friends don't let friends drink whitge zinfandel".


                            Shrimp primavera and a nice dry fume blanc for us here.
