Why is the NBA delaying game 7 of the NO vs SA series till Monday??

Teams play 4-5 games a week during the NBA season but never play back to back in the playoffs and now have a 4 day wait for game 7. The NBA must not want the game on TV over the weekend.

Think about it -- weekend nights do not pull the largest TV viewing audience. Look at football -- the most popular game of the week is the MNF game. Networks do not put their most popular series on weekend nights either. People are busy on weekends and are less likely to be home watching TV.

Makes perfect sense to me to have the final game on Monday night.

Maybe if it were the 7th game of the finals but they still have 2 more rounds to get thru. Get it over with and get on with the playoffs!
