    Go Celtics!
The problem with real life is that there is no background music.

Paul Pierce was a monster in game 7. We'll see if Boston can get by the Pistons. If I had to bet, I don't think they can do it given how lack luster the Celtics are playing on the road. Lebron James was pretty much the only Cavalier who showed up to play yesterday. That won't happen against the Pistons or the teams in the west. If Kevin Garnett doesn't step it up and take more shots, the Celtics are toast against the Pistons.

They've got to do it this year because once Andrew Bynum works his way back into the starting line up for the Lakers, the Celtics won't win it with this group of players.

If you had asked me a few months ago who was going to take it all, i would have said Boston. at the trade deadline the Lakers made one of the most lopsided trades in history by stealing gasol from memphis.

Immediately after the trade i changed my prediction to LA in 6. I stick with that

Yeah, I agree. I'd like to see the pictures that Jerry Buss has of someone important in Memphis. That's the only thing that can explain that trade. But, I'll take one like that any time.

All we need is a big body in the middle to rebound, block shots and dunk passes from Kobe. Then, the Lakers will be unstoppable like the Chicago Bulls were in the 90's. I think that is Andrew Bynum.

I respect the Spurs, but they are showing signs of aging. I think the Hornets will take them out tonight.

I would say the trade for Garnet was more lopsided than the Gasol trade.

The Lakers offered Bynum plus several others but Lurch would only deal with Danny Boy his fellow alum. Basically it was the timberwolves who got screwed.

You went way back. I loved those teams, too, but the best Lakers teams in the 80's had Byron Scott. My two favorite players were Magic Johnson and Michael Cooper.

And, Superman is Shaq. You must be referring to Clark Kent.

I wanted Garnett really badly last year. But, I am happier with Gasol and keeping Bynum.

Actually Chick nicknamed Rambis Superman long before Snaq was around.

'B' was Byron Scott and I loved that guy too.

I REALLY Miss Chickie Baby. He was the Lakers to me all the way back to Jerry West, Gail Goodrich and Wilt the Stilt.
