Beags, you have a new friend!!

Somehow or another Kelli has become an avid Red Sox Fan. While on vacation Kelli bought 1 more sox ball hats, and a shirt. She wants to come to Boston, and let Beags take her to Fenway Park and go on a tour. She didn't get any of this from me. She started her love of Boston about a couple of months ago. Go Sox!!

    It's tied up!! shaggy

The last game we went to this summer we were seated next to a whole group of folks with cowbells...that was the worst! However, it was nice this summer to see that there were Rays fans at the park. At Red Sox and at Yankees games, though, Tropicana still holds more fans from the opposing team. Maybe that'll change now.

Would someone please explain the cowbell thing to me. It is so annoying and what does cowbells have to do with Rays? What am I missing?????

Since I am from the Boston area, I did want the Sox to winn, but the Rays played the better game(s) and I applaude them.

Congrats to the Rays. Sometimes the other team plays better.

I think the absence of Lowell and Big Papi's wrist injury were the big factors for the Sox.

Having 2 World Series Championships within a few years of each other has certainly taken the sting out of losing for me. Nice to see Red Sox Nation in full force at the stadium. The "B" cap is one of the most recognized caps in the world now.

                          GO SOX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at a game early this season and the stadium was almost empty.. Amazing how a good season can change things.. I wonder what attendance will be like next year?

Lots of "Fair Weather Fans", aren't there?? Dicky V., for one, has ALWAYS been a Rays fan. This is a lot like the Marlins a few years ago. Hope the fans do stick around!

As for the Sox, I've been a lifelong fan ever since I was a pup and this includes the bleak years (from my birth - Davie Roberts stole 2nd - circa 2004) !
Used to hook school and sit in the $2 bleachers to watch Pudge, Hawk, Yaz, Scott, etc.
Should Red Sox Nation adopt cow bells at any point, I may consider another team !
