I think if someone is having life or internet difficulties they should be allowed to ask someone to set their lineup to avoid bye or injured players.

As the commissioner I made 2 decisions. First is to reverse the changes I made to Beags roster. The second one is define the process required to request a lineup change.

This is what I have done to reverse the changes I made to Beags roster

1. The score has been adjusted.
2. The Bengals Defense and Kicker Prater, Matt from Denver have been added back as free agents.
3. WR Berlin, Eddie from New England and WR Baker, Dallas have been added back to Beags roster

In the future no lineup changes will be made to anyone’s roster unless the team owner requests changes. Reasons for a request would be personal issues, computer issues, or Internet issues. I will make the lineup change as soon as I can with no grantees. Any lineup changes will have to be made within the league rules.

Once the team owner resolved their issues that prompted a lineup change request they should post a message to the Fantasy Football thread on the TS4MS. The message should have the players names you requested to be changed.


I will email my cell phone number to all league members and post it on the CBS website.

I apologize for any harm I may have caused and I hope this issue has been resolved.

On the issue of the roster moves, I don't completely understand what happened and don't have the time to look back at how the process unfolded. I personally don't care a whole lot, because I'm playing for fun, but that's just me.

You're going to run into potential problems with the roster moves. Especially when you get into the scenario of adding and dropping players. To clarify further, what if the roster adds/drops are made one week and not the next? What if someone accuses the person doing these changes of not being fair about the decisions made? Do we really want to go down this path?

I also see some discussion about the team owner requesting the changes. Did Beags request the changes? The last I read, she couldn't even be contacted. But, I see some discussion related to the poll that state 'if the owner has requested the changes'...

Anyway, if we want this type of intervention (which I hope would be applied consistently, week to week), then why don't we limit it to just hitting the 'Top Lineup' button located at the top of the screen when choosing the lineup?

One more question, did we decide if we are going to play for a 'pot' this year? If there is money involved, then this whole scenario has the potential to get very complicated and there is the potential that somebody could be very upset in the end if these lineup changes and roster moves are not done fairly.

Just my thoughts...

I'm in New York at the Manhattan Club until Saturday. But I usually get online in the morning and late night.

So what do you want to wager?

I hope I haven't used up my luck for this week. Last night about 11:30 pm I got a call from my 22 year grandson who is living at our house. There was a wind storm in Brookfield last night, and a 80 foot tall ash tree fell on our house above my grandson's bedroom. I saw some emailed picture of the tree on our house and I can not believe that the roof was strong enough to hold back the tree from going right through the roof and through the 2nd floor. Thank God that did not happen with my grandson sleeping in the bedroom. There is some roof damage but it appears to be minor.

But, they did have to bring in a crane to remove the tree from the roof.

By the way, Brett played the best game I saw him play in several years. Of course, you would think that the Packer's coaches would know by now, that you need to put pressure on Brett if you don't want him to beat you.

I agree as long as the person asks for help. If they are sick and unable to do so It should be voted on if there is time if not the Comish should do what he feels is right.

Now since this is now concerning me because I will be away from Friday to Monday with no Internet. I have two main WR players both from NE that may not play, Most likely both will play but there is a chance 1 may not. I would like Mike to watch it and if 1 of my WR are out to do a sub for me and note the point spread since there is a bet on this game. I would like Jimmy's OK on this either by phone or by posting which I rather.
