Hollywood Drive-In Golf at Universal CityWalk Orlando
6000 Universal Blvd, Orlando FL 32819 407-802-4848
Free Parking for Florida Residents after 6 pm
Yes, we enjoy mini golf as a way to slow the pace for an Orlando vacation...
It is right next to the movie theater in the CityWalk area.
There are two courses... SciFi and Horror Movies.... Neither are scary for even the youngest players.
The SciFi is a parody of the films of the 50s & 60s, think Forbidden Planet...
The Horror side is actually more a play on the classic Universal Monsters... but in a parody way...
All minigolfs need a centerpiece like the a mountain with a waterfall but here, the centerpiece of the SciFi is an alien ship and the Horror is the home of Norman Bates.. aka the Psycho House...
The theme that ties it all together is they both would be playing at a 50s/60s era drive-in...
For the first visit, we enjoyed it as much as the Fantasia Gardens and Summerland/Winterland at Disney...
For return visits... our Favorite would be Summerland/Winterland. So much more detail that we are still finding new things after many visits.
