Is this a groupon or through a special link/website? My brother is going in November and I'm sure he would like to save some money.

This is right off their website.
A better deal if you happen to be going with anyone with an annual pass.
Ticket good anyday - $46 for adults and $42 for kids.

We have a platinum pass (which I purchase super cheap from Seasame place in December every year)
I just arranged for Discovery Cove outing for 17 people. Cost each person $99 for day resort package and $169 with dolphin swim.

If you brother is thinking about doing other SW parks (Aquatica, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove) it may be worth it for just one in his party to get an AP and score the discounts for the rest.
