  • Which day of the week is the least crowded at DW??

We are here in Orlando now for a convention but could take one afternoon and evening to catch up on Mickey. Which day is best for that - Wed, Thurs?
    Thanks

I remember reading a travel guide once that suggested going to DW on a day that the early entry program was not at that particuliar park. Early entry (if still in existence) allows resort guests to enter a certain disney park earlier than the general public on certain days of the week. The book seemed to suggest that the park that had early entry on that day is generally more crowded than on days that it was not in effect.

If early entry is on wed then go on thurs and / or vice versa.

      The Touring Plans web site

See the site below for estimated crowd levels for each theme park on a given day of the year:

TouringPlans.com - The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World

Also, the Unofficial Guide to Disney World has a lot of useful information on how to make the best use of your time while there.

Whenever we go I spend a bit of time on the disboards. (The DIS Discussion Forums - DISboards.com - Powered by vBulletin) you can find more info than you will need - but particulary the park schedules. I second the other poster and would take away from the day they have Extra Hours for people staying on property. Personally - when I am there on weekends - I do Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Animal Kingdom just has less people that go there and Epcot is large enough that you don't feel cramped with all the people. I have Studios and Magic Kingdom for mid week.
