This isn't a general winewoot.off, but more of a special event. In a general wootoff, they reprise previous offerings that didn't sell out, whereas in this event these seems to be original offerings. Even when the winery has previously participated at winewoot (like Twisted Oak), this is a new offering and not a repeat.
My thoughts are that this indicates the growing impact and attractiveness of winewoot as a marketing vehicle for many wineries. It's no longer just a way to clear out surplus inventory that hasn't moved. A growing number of wineries are using winewoot to introduce themselves to an attractive target market. Plus the economics are such that wineries can make as much money, if not more, selling wine through winewoot than they can through ordinary distribution channels.“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

I missed most of the wine woot because of vacation planing, I will not be here when it ships so that gives me more reason not to look and get tempted
